Alejandro Pablo García Alarcón (PAOLO DE, 1987) is a Cuban multimedia artist currently living in Spain. In recent years his work has been linked to new media, specifically in trends such as 3D video animation, Game-art and Net.Art to address issues related to the Internet as a public space, architecture of power and surveillance center; the influence of social networks in contemporary communication; the dynamics of dissemination and consumption of information online; digital identity; interaction in virtual communities; discursive narratives in contemporary video games, among others.
