STATEMENT
“Interactive Graphics I” is an audiovisual experience that fuses real-time manipulation with live musical performance. Throughout this work, video game controllers are used to guide viewers through digitized representations, creating an immersive virtual tour.
This project explores the intersections between traditional art and modern technology, using dynamics of interaction and communication typical of the digital era. By integrating elements typical of platforms such as YouTube and the gameplay format, “Interactive Graphics I” invites the audience to actively participate, blurring the lines between the viewer and the creator. This approach not only enriches the perception of Serones' work, but also reflects on new forms of interaction in contemporary art, challenging and expanding the boundaries of aesthetic experience in the digital context.
